Work remotely from home handling the day-to-day responsibilities required to thrive in multiple roles, including prioritizing, organizing, researching, and managing projects through to completion. Schedule and managing the owner’s calendar; fully supporting the organization’s vision; work to improve systems and processes; and ensure projects get done as quickly and efficiently as possible. In this full-time position at 40 hours per week, you will be able to reap the rewards and freedom of telecommuting - working from home. At times, you may travel with the owner to events throughout the country and/or for growth opportunities. Must be located in Continental USA. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: • Prioritize the continual flow of ideas and project concepts you will receive from the owner – in order to get the right ones accomplished first and on deadline. • Organizer: create systems, processes, and plans that help guarantee the complete follow through of a concept. Assess probabilities and develop strategies to ensure the highest likelihood of success. • Research: find the necessary information to take help the project become the greatest success possible. • Follow Through: create the plan, integrate timelines, coordinate needs, and as efficiently and quickly as possible bring focus and closure to the project. • 80% is GREAT! If you are a perfectionist, then agreeing that when a project you are working is at 80%, its time to move forward (instead of waiting til 95% or 100%). • Make It Happen: adjust quickly on the fly when needed by trying new ideas and taking action. • Tech-Savy: uploading blog articles, publishing videos, and managing podcasts. Be in your zone when working with technology. • Daily communication: update the owner on what you are working on and accomplishing each day. • Extensive Social Media & Email management experience: have a proven track record of running online campaigns via email, LinkedIn, Twitter, FaceBook, Pinterest, YouTube, and/or SnapChat. • Vendor Management: work with and direct vendors for solving challenges, improving our current systems, and helping projects thrive (typically online services such as web design, programming, etc..). • Self-development: invest in yourself through reading and attending learning opportunities. • CONTRIBUTE! Share your ideas to help the organization grow and in doing so impact more people around the world. History of Working Remotely/Virtually is a MUST: This position is a VIRTUAL role – meaning you work from your home the vast majority of the time. Your geographical location is unlikely to have an impact on being chosen for the role. HOURS: Most hours are during typical daytime work schedule. When our owner is speaking in the evening, you may need to work one to two hours later in the evening. When the owner is working overseas, hours may need to be adjusted due to differences in time zones.
