We are looking to work with an experienced videographer with a strong eye for composition. Ideally someone who is passionate and enthusiastic about food and is knowledgable or enthusiastic about tequila production. Spanish-speaking is a plus! Videographer must have their own equipment (having a drone is also a plus, but not necessary.)
Note: Video production and editing capabilities are highly desired but not essential.
We're traveling to a tequila distillery in Amatitán, Mexico (two hours or so outside of Guadalajara) to develop video content for a Mexican-American restaurant chain that is carefully selecting a hand-crafted barrel of tequila to bring back for their US consumers. We have a full-day tour of the tequila hacienda and distillery and a few days to explore the local community and Guadalajara to document the local foodscape and food cultures around tequila production.
We want to create video content that captures and celebrates the experience of the restaurant owners in touring the tequila facilities, engaging the tequila producers, and eating and drinking in the community.
