Members-Only WordPress Video Site

@Microlent

Hello, I understand that you are looking to create a members-only WordPress video site with strict paywall access, subscription options, and secure media protection. My expertise lies in WordPress development, specifically in building custom membership sites and integrating payment gateways like CCBill. For your project, I will develop a custom membership plugin that seamlessly integrates with CCBill for recurring billing. This plugin will allow you to create various subscription plans with different durations and pricing options. I will also ensure that all media content is protected to prevent unauthorized access, possibly using cloud-friendly storage like Amazon S3 with expiring links. In addition, I will implement the dual download model you require, where users can either make a single purchase or opt for a subscription-based download. The transactions will update member permissions instantly to provide a smooth user experience. I will design a mobile-first theme that enhances browsing, streaming, and purchasing for your members. To ensure a successful project delivery, I will conduct thorough testing to confirm that all functionalities work as expected, including content visibility based on subscription status, smooth streaming, and seamless payment processing through CCBill. I have experience integrating CCBill with WordPress memberships using custom code tailored to the client's needs. By leveraging my expertise, I am confident that we can achieve your project goals efficiently. If you have any questions or would like to discuss further details, feel free to open a chat. I look forward to collaborating with you on this exciting project. Sincerely, Rajesh

Hi there, We understand you're looking to create a members-only WordPress video site with a strict paywall, supporting four subscription lengths and processing payments through CCBill. You need a secure membership plugin, protected media, and a dual download model. Our team has experience with WordPress membership sites, including a learning platform website for children and a website for a luxury leather retailer, both using PHP and custom design. We've worked with payment gateways and can implement a secure solution using a plugin like WP Membership or custom code to integrate CCBill's recurring billing. One question: Have you considered using a specific WordPress theme or do you want us to create a custom, mobile-first theme for your site? Feel free to message us to discuss the details! — Webbook Studio

Hi — Elias here from Miami. I see you’re building a members-only WordPress video site. Your goal appears to be creating a robust platform for HD video content, which can be a great way to engage subscribers. The real challenge here often lies in scalability and video streaming reliability. A common issue in such setups is ensuring smooth playback while managing user traffic effectively. Additionally, integrating secure payment processing and user management features adds complexity that needs careful planning. My approach would start with a solid foundation, ensuring the site is optimized for video delivery and user experience. I’d focus on leveraging Amazon S3 for storage and a CDN for efficient content delivery. This structure not only enhances performance but also simplifies future expansions. I’ve worked on similar platforms where scalability and user engagement were key priorities. This experience helps me foresee potential risks and address them proactively. A few questions to better understand the scope: Q1 – What specific user roles and permissions do you envision for the site? Q2 – Are there particular payment gateways you want to integrate? Q3 – How do you plan to handle user authentication and access control? Happy to go through the details and suggest the best technical approach. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi there, I understand you're looking to create a members-only WordPress site for HD video content with a strict paywall. I can set this up using a combination of WordPress, CCBill for payment processing, and Amazon S3 for secure and scalable video storage. Here's how I'll approach it: - Install and configure a suitable WordPress membership plugin to manage subscriptions and access. - Set up CCBill as the payment gateway, integrating it with the membership plugin to handle 1, 3, 6, and 12-month subscription plans. - Use Amazon S3 for storing and delivering your HD videos, ensuring they are protected and only accessible to paying members. - Design a clean, user-friendly interface that works seamlessly on both desktop and mobile devices. I have extensive experience in WordPress, PHP, and payment integration, and I'm confident I can deliver a robust and secure solution for your needs. Best Regards, Khorshed Alam, RS Software

Hello, Hope you are doing well, I’ll integrate the membership/payment workflow, protect media using S3 or equivalent private storage with expiring access, sync permissions with CCBill, and build a fast mobile-first browsing and streaming experience. With 10 years of experience in WordPress, membership systems, custom integrations and secure content delivery, I can handle the project from development through testing and deployment. Let’s chat to review your current WordPress setup and CCBill requirements, and I’ll share relevant experience, plugin/custom-code approach, and portfolio. thank you Regards Gaurav Garg

@inventivedesigne

Hi Kenya-Alexis, Do you already have a preferred WordPress membership plugin for the CCBill integration, or should I evaluate the available integration approach first? You need more than a standard WordPress membership setup. The key is keeping the media protected while synchronizing CCBill payments with member access, subscription status, upgrades, and individual download purchases. I can build the WordPress membership structure with separate 1, 3, 6 and 12-month plans, protect the video/photo library, and implement the two download options. For media security, I’d recommend private cloud storage with controlled/expiring access rather than exposing direct file URLs. I can also make the member area mobile-friendly and test the complete flow from payment to access, expiry, upgrade/downgrade, streaming and downloads. Hafiz S

@webperfection123

Hi, I can build your secure WordPress membership video platform with CCBill integration and protected media access. I’ll configure the 1, 3, 6 and 12-month membership plans, recurring billing, higher-priced download-included tiers, and single-purchase video downloads. I’ll also ensure expired members immediately lose access. For media protection, I can use private cloud storage such as Amazon S3 with controlled/expiring access so direct video or photo URLs cannot simply be shared. I’ll handle the CCBill-to-WordPress permission flow, subscription changes, upgrades/downgrades, and download access. I’ll create a clean mobile-first interface and thoroughly test expired accounts, streaming, purchases, downloads and subscription changes on desktop and mobile. I can review your preferred CCBill setup first and choose the cleanest plugin/custom integration based on your exact requirements. Ready to start ASAP.

@installerpoint

Hello, I can build your e-commerce storefront from scratch using clean HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP where required for the payment integration. I understand that you specifically do not want WordPress, Shopify, page builders, or heavy frameworks. I’ll keep the code lightweight, reusable, and structured so it can be hosted directly on your server and extended later. I can provide either a live demo or a complete ZIP package ready to upload to your server. I’m ready to start immediately and can build this with maintainable, hand-written HTML/CSS/JavaScript rather than relying on a pre-built e-commerce platform. Thank you! Best regards ADEEL

With over a decade of experience in full-stack web development, I bring to the table a deep knowledge and proven expertise, particularly in WordPress and its close integration with payment gateways like CCBill. I've successfully built secure membership sites before, enabling clients to monetize their digital content effectively. My experience mapping subscription plans, managing billing cycles and ensuring prompt updates to user permissions aligns perfectly with your project's needs. Not only fluent in HTML, PHP, and WordPress, I also have experience in scaling membership plugins to different price points, developing custom themes that are clean and mobile-first for the optimal browsing, streaming, and purchasing experience. On top of this, I have significant familiarity with storage on Amazon S3 which aligns with your preferred choice. With me on board, you can confidently expect a site where the direct URLs of your media remain inaccessible – my goal will be to ensure viewability and streamability is strictly governed by active subscriptions. Lastly, it's worth mentioning that my skills aren't limited to development; I'm equally adept at project management and business development. That means I'll be an all-in-one solution for your project: from designing to deploying and optimizing the website, ensuring your timeline is met whilst maintaining a keen eye on quality a

@raheel2k29

Hello, I can build your members-only WordPress video site with strict access control, CCBill recurring subscriptions, four billing durations, and separate download entitlements. I’ll protect videos and photo sets using private cloud storage with expiring, permission-checked URLs so expired members cannot access shared links. I can also implement single-purchase downloads, download-included subscription tiers, instant webhook-based permission updates, and a responsive browsing and playback experience. I’ll validate the complete acceptance flow with test accounts, including expiration, upgrades, downgrades, desktop/mobile streaming, and payment-gated downloads. A useful improvement would be adding download audit logs and automated link expiry monitoring for stronger security and support visibility. Regards Muhammad

@Synet

Hi, I would configure your WordPress site using Paid Memberships Pro paired with custom CCBill API integration to handle your four subscription lengths of 1, 3, 6 and 12 months alongside the enhanced download included tier. For your media protection, I will connect your WordPress library to Amazon S3 using signed URLs that expire within minutes so direct video and photo links cannot be shared or scraped by non-paying visitors. I've built dozens of WooCommerce stores this year with similar checkout flows. For the dual download model, I will set up a token or credit system tied directly to user roles so single-purchase downloads instantly grant a secure download link while subscription upgrades immediately update user permissions inside CCBill and on the site. As a smart improvement, I will also implement HLS video streaming with adaptive bitrate switching so your HD videos load instantly on mobile networks without buffering. Every page of the custom theme will be built mobile first with Elementor Pro so browsing and streaming feel completely friction free. How are you currently handling your video encoding for Amazon S3 before uploading to the library? Best, Salma Noreen

CCBill’s recurring postbacks will be the source of truth for activating, expiring, upgrading, and downgrading each membership, including the 1, 3, 6, and 12-month plans. I’ll implement a WordPress entitlement layer with custom PHP callbacks for CCBill, covering both recurring subscriptions and one-off download purchases rather than relying on a generic gateway that cannot distinguish them. Videos and photo sets will remain hidden until authorization, with S3 private storage and short-lived signed URLs for streaming and downloads. The mobile-first theme will include the standard and download-included tiers, while the test account will verify expiry, mobile playback, paid downloads, and plan changes. I’ll deliver the configured WordPress site, CCBill integration, protected media flow, and responsive UI in 5 days. I’ve also built a custom WordPress theme with an orders plugin, which is directly relevant to the purchase and permission workflow here. Should the S3 bucket already exist, or should I configure the private storage structure as part of the build? Muhammad Saad

@WebTechDesignBG

Hello, I see you’re looking to create a members-only WordPress video site with a strong paywall and flexible subscription options. It sounds like you need a secure setup that not only protects your content but also allows for smooth transactions and user experience. With 7+ years of experience in WordPress and payment integrations, I can help you build a secure membership plugin that works seamlessly with CCBill, ensuring that your videos and photos remain protected. I will focus on a clean, mobile-first design that makes browsing and purchasing easy for your members. I’ve worked with Amazon S3 for secure media storage in the past, which could be a great fit for your needs. One question I have for you is: what specific features or design elements do you envision for the user interface to enhance the member experience? You can check out my work at https://pixoriq.com. @gutibs

Hi! Solid brief — the acceptance criteria tell me you've thought this through carefully, which makes scoping straightforward. Before I put a firm proposal together, the one thing I need to know is your CCBill account status: do you already have an approved merchant account, or is that still in progress? CCBill's approval for content sites runs on its own timeline, separate from the build — knowing where you stand tells me whether we're integrating into an existing setup or working around an onboarding window. On how we'd build it: we'd wire CCBill's postback/IPN system into a custom membership layer on WordPress — MemberPress as the base, extended with custom code to handle the four plan durations and the dual download logic. Every CCBill event (new sub, renewal, cancellation, upgrade) hits a webhook endpoint that updates permissions immediately, so there's no gap where an expired member retains access or a new payment goes unrecognized. For content protection, S3 with CloudFront signed URLs is the right call — every stream and download link carries a short expiry, so sharing a raw URL gets you nothing. Single-purchase downloads generate a one-time signed link post-payment, separate from the subscription tier permissions. The mobile-first theme, browsing and streaming UX, and the acceptance flow you described are well-defined from here. Looking forward to getting the CCBill question answered so we can close out the scope. Gustavo & the DoTheCode team

Hi, my name is Muhammad, based in Dubai. I have read your project details. You're looking for a WordPress site that locks HD video and photo content behind CCBill‑managed subscriptions of 1,3,6 and 12 months, with optional single‑purchase downloads and a higher‑priced download‑included tier, using secure storage like S3 with expiring links. I would implement MemberPress with the CCBill add‑on and S3 signed URLs for protection. Do you already have an active CCBill merchant account and the S3 bucket configured? I am pretty confident on this project, for sure I can handle it - ping me in the chat box for any other details, I'm ready to start ASAP, looking forward to connecting in the chat box. Please also visit my profile on Freelancer - I have 400+ positive feedback, delivering work in this industry for the last 8 years. Best regards, Muhammad

@AITSoft

Hi, I understand you need a private WordPress video site where only active paying members can view or stream protected videos and photo sets. I will set up the four subscription periods through CCBill, add the higher-priced download-included plan, and support separate one-time video purchases. I will use PHP to connect CCBill payment results with member permissions, so new payments, renewals, expirations, upgrades, and downgrades update access correctly. Media can be stored securely with Amazon S3 and expiring links, preventing shared direct URLs. I will also make the site mobile-friendly with a clean HTML and WordPress design for easy browsing, streaming, and purchasing. I will test expired accounts, desktop and mobile playback, single-purchase downloads, subscription downloads, and permission changes before delivery. I can also explain whether the final setup uses a compatible membership plugin, custom PHP, or both. Which CCBill integration method and WordPress membership plugin, if any, are already available in your current setup? Please share your current WordPress setup, CCBill account/API details, and whether you already have a preferred membership plugin or S3 storage account.
