Powerpoint or photo slideshow to play video on repeat, no text, music or sound.

I need a slideshow created of photos and to send me a video file that can play on a loop for a windows computer without needing any additional special programs to play it.
The first 15 slides I have already cropped and created the slides with the photos and I just need the transition or animations on these. After this it will just be about 60 photos that I will send and number for you to just transition in a slide. There can be 2 to a slide if that is easier or individually. I would like just a nice zoom or fade transition in-between photos. That's it, no sound or text, I need this in a week or earlier if possible.
Please send me links to similar work to wedding videos or just photo slideshows you have done in the past, no business models or charts.
