Creative Video Producer for 60 Second YouTube Video -- 2

Please read everything before responding and DO NOT submit generic replies as they likely will be ignored. I need to know that you have read everything and FULLY understand what is expected with this project. We are in need of someone that can do a 60 second Flash movie that will use static images and video footage to be inserted. This video will be used to play on our website and YouTube. It will needs to be high quality. We will supply you with all the text, images, audio and video clips and then will need you to splice everything together per our step by step instructions. Voiceover audio will need to sync up with text on screen. You need to provide nothing but your talent to edit this material in a visually stunning and creative way that will be enjoyable to the viewer. Please submit samples or YouTube links of your previous work so we have something to compare to in order to make proper selection of candidate. We need this job completed 48 hours after you have been selected for the project. If you do not submit samples of your work or cannot complete this project in the 48 hours requested, PLEASE DO NOT bid. Also understand that the advertisement will be political in nature and made for United States politics. If you have problems with creating political ads, please DO NOT bid on this project. If you produce a great product on time and on budget, then we have other projects of this nature for you. Finally, you will be asked to create one main video that will be used like a template then you will be given about 10 seconds of 4 different audio, video, text and image to insert. In other words, there will be about 50 seconds of the exact same content then 10 seconds of "fill in the blank" style content to be inserted. PLEASE DO NOT bid if you cannot agree to this part. Must have great communications skills in English, provides quick response and can follow step by step instructions with no problems.
