Key visual priorities • Exterior: Drone shot that captures the setting, landscaping and parking availability. • Interior: Modern appliances and spacious rooms must feature prominently; balanced, natural lighting is important. • Lifestyle: Brief b-roll of common areas or residents enjoying amenities will reinforce the energetic, communal vibe. Deliverables 1. One 30-second master video, color-graded and sound-mixed in 1080p (or higher) ready for web and local TV. 2. A text-safe version with our provided overlays correctly timed. 3. Clean music bed (royalty-free) that matches the upbeat senior-friendly tone. 4. Transfer of all raw footage—including drone clips—for future edits.
