Viking Gaming Zone in Karkardooma needs a premium, high-energy video package captured and edited on-site as soon as possible. The final pieces must feel cinematic yet fun, immersing viewers in our neon-lit arena and player reactions. Scope of work • On-location shoot: sweep through the arcade, PCs, VR bays and crowd areas, layering in slow-motion moments, dynamic transitions and authentic hype. • Editing & finishing: modern, trend-driven pacing for Instagram plus a longer cut for the website. Expect tight cuts, text animations, motion-graphic overlays, bold colour grades and carefully curated background music/SFX that match the action. • Delivery formats: – Vertical 9:16 reel (15-30 s) optimised for Instagram. – Horizontal 16:9 master (60-90 s) for our website landing page. Both files must be exported in H.264 and ProRes, colour-graded for vibrant neon tones. Essential requirements • Professional camera kit (4K, high-frame-rate capable) and a full post-production setup. • Proven storytelling flair; the chosen “Cinematic” mood is non-negotiable, but energy and fun must shine through every frame. • Ability to shoot and turn around the edits ASAP—please indicate your nearest availability when you respond. Acceptance criteria 1. Stable, well-lit footage with no visible noise or banding under arcade lighting. 2. Seamless transitions, tasteful text/motion graphics and a balanced sound mix. 3.
