# Hiring: Part-Time Virtual Assistant for YouTube Manhwa Recap Channel I'm looking for a reliable virtual assistant to help me produce YouTube manhwa recap videos. **Pay:** Starting pay is **$3 USD/hour**. As the channel grows and starts getting more traction, views, and revenue, I plan to increase the pay to **$8–12 USD/hour** based on performance and consistency. ## What You'll Do For each video, you will: Receive a manga/manhwa link from me. Download the chapters using my custom application. Crop all the manga panels using my custom application (typically **1–3 hours**, depending on the chapter). Generate the recap script using my prompt and my ChatGPT account (usually **2–4 hours**). ## After the Script Is Finished You'll have **two options**. **Option 1 (Recommended if your PC has 16 GB RAM or more)** Paste the script into my custom application. Generate the voice-over and video. Export the project to CapCut Pro. Make any final edits if needed. Export the finished video so it's ready to upload to YouTube. **Option 2 (If your computer has less than 16 GB RAM or struggles with video generation)** Zip the project folder containing the cropped panels and completed script. Send the ZIP file to me, and I'll generate the video, edit it, and upload it myself. **Note:** I handle all thumbnails myself. ## What I Provide CapCut Pro account. ChatGPT account. My custom application. Full training on my workflow. ## Requirements Experience using CapCut. Reliable internet connection. Good attention to detail. Able to follow instructions. Basic English reading and writing skills. ## Workload 3 videos per week. Approximately **3–7 hours per video**. Approximately **9–21 hours per week**.
