Final Cut Pro Editor - Make a FCPX. Template Project for this video rotation effect (that can be reused with other videos) like the below, but without the text (just the rotation effect):

Without the text - just the rotation effect, and use the music track as a template (i will be changing the music)
Basically my end use will be replacing the template clip with a horizontal clip, and the FCPX preset should add the rotation effect. then i will add text and music, with the BASS drop at the time when the rotation begins.

hello I work in Adobe Premiere but it have options to export in xml format which export basic animations like rotation I could try to do some tests for you if you didn't find someone with final cut let me know
