Revamp an existing Website (uses Drupal)

We need some work done on our current website ( [[login to view URL]][1] ) . The website is a content management system built on Drupal. Here is what we need specifically: 1) A new fresh layout and graphic design. Give us at least 5 mock-ups with substantially different layouts and designs to choose from before proceeding, with the option of asking for adjustments to the mock-up chosen. 2) Current functionality (user accounts, file upload, file download, etc) must remain intact except as otherwise requested* in this bid request. 3) You will use the current text content. You will need to add a “Terms of Use?? page for which we will provide the text. 4) *Changes to current functionality: a. Add a “Terms of Use?? click through acceptance for new user account creation. b. Adding a new user group is currently a lengthy process (see attached procedure). We would like to have this process automated as much as possible. Preferably, we would want the admin user to be able to type in a group name and hit a create button and that would take care of the whole process. Im not sure if this is possible though. As part of your proposal, specify how you would simplify or automate this process … all you need to state is the number of steps and procedure for creating a user group after your proposed solution is implemented. c. Similar to (b) above, the process to delete a user group needs to be simplified or automated. 5) Upgrade site to latest production version of Drupal available on bid acceptance 6) Along with all other obligations, you must agree to idemnity clauses in Deliverables of bid request ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) You must be able to supply proof that all elements you use to revamp the site (graphics, banners, templates) are free from copyright. This will be checked. You must agree to the following: Seller agrees to indemnify, defend and hold buyer harmless against any claims brought against buyer to the extent those claims are based upon allegations that seller a) infringed intellectual property rights or b) breached seller agreement with any of seller's customers. ## Platform Linux Server Drupal
