Online Members Community Portal

This is members community based on WordPress / BuddyBoss(BuddyPress fork) and various other plugins and extensions. We've done a functional pilot and some internal testing. What we need: help with the UX ,UI and a little bit of integration work that's a step beyond our current internal skills to get it ready for proper user testing. The kind of profile I'm after is as follows: Design Skills - Be able to have a look at what we've got and make recommendations about what we should do to make it slicker and more professional as a MVP Dev Skills to be able to implement the UX/UI - CSS mostly, potentially a little PHP to make the integration between plugins a little slicker. WordPress - Very familiar as this is the core platform. Buddy press, wp forms, PopupMaker, Gamipress are the other major items So really a design and implementation person. We would eventually like to turn this into a mobile app too. We are also looking for someone who can help scale this portal continuously and generate growth and usage the same way LinkedIn prospered. March deadline I am looking for someone with these skills: User interface, User experience design, Wordpress plugin integration, CSS, PHP and Growth Hacking. The website is currently in the development mode and basically needs someone to come in and make implementation easier and slicker overall I also need someone that can see through growth and make this portal grow the same way that tripadvisor, reddit and linkedin were able to Once that is complete- we will need someone to help move to a mobile app but we don;t want it written from scratch- it's just a matter of moving it from site to app
