Unreal Engine 5 - Assigning Powers, Animations, and VFX to the Character using Unreal Engine 5 Assets

Job Description:
For this project we will use several Unreal Engine 5 Assets. I am looking for someone who is knowledgeable of UE5 and can assemble all this Assets together. You will be provided all the assets, you don't have to do anything from zero, so don't expect this budget to go over $300.
We will assign Powers, a Fighting combo system, and obviously assign the Animations and the VFX.
We will need to use the Skeleton from City Sample (a UE5 Free asset) for our character.
We will need to work on this closely together and I need daily updates of your progress.
The deadline is 2 weeks.
Again, don't expect this budget to go over $300, because all the assets are provided to you. You just need to assemble them and modify them for our purposes.
