Tweaking and Finalizing a small top down 3D shooter video game

we need a unity coder to take over our coder that left us. We are located in Arizona and we are a small 7 people company making a 3D top down shooter with gameplay never seen before. We are almost done with our demo, but our coder got health issue and had to leave asap. So we are looking for someone that can code the rest for us:
1) Controls also on joysticks
2) City level: West containner and and fences (each sides) needs to be moved further away to match others but retain motion logic.
3) 2nd player camera needs to be moved and offeseted the same way player 1 camera is
6) players motions and speed need to be adjustable using Gui
8) characters Weapons location adjustment
9) make sure super weapons timer is on and the same for all players and showing in viewports
11) keyboard controls are wrong: interfering with each others
12) Aldo controls are buggy and need to be tweaked
19) Dissmenbled engine implementation
21) Cut scenes (intro, character intro......)
22) All animations must be on each characters: Getting hit, dying...)
25) Hazards module
26) Character needs jumping
