The subject says it all. We are trying to make scenes as realistic as possible for virtual walkthroughs and need someone who knows this stuff very well. The ultimate goal is to be able to create as realistic scene as possible and we are very picky for that reason. With 'picky' I mean that we care about every single little detail. If you are not detail oriented, then this job is not for you.
We work with high-resolution textures and need someone who can help us on all the related stuff - for example, in our scenes, we want to be able to go very close to the wall and see the wood siding grain clearly and NOT blurry. You will have to do some Photoshop work, create some normal maps if necessary. Most likely you will need to do some UV unwrapping. You have to know and understand all the little details about material creation, PBR etc. Our current workflow is to export fbx from 3D Max and then apply the materials. We are open to any kind of workflow that will speed the process and grant us HQ scenes.
