Game Lobby & Friends system like PUBG / Apex

We are using playfab multiplayer server and unity mirror. So there should be multiple types of room option.
Player will join a global room where they will be able to send friend request using username. There will be friends invite to the lobby option, chat etc. We just need the whole working system right now. You don't have to worry about the UI. We already implemented login,sign up etc option. If you want, we can share those too. I mean, the point is to make similar lobby system like pubg, and we are not using photon. So if you have any better idea, you can share with us too. We are in hurry but also thinking about server cost. Besidesy, we need overall support for optimization on a ongoing basis
