Hi, I've had a look at Simbazu.net. The platform has clear potential but right now the visual language and user journey aren't doing the products justice. First impressions on a marketplace matter more than most people realise because trust is established in the first few seconds or not at all. The way I'd approach this is audit before design. Going straight into Figma without understanding where users are dropping off, where navigation creates friction, and where the checkout loses people is how you end up with a site that looks better but converts the same. I'd map the full user journey first, identify the highest-impact problems, and prioritise fixes that affect conversion before moving to visual polish. The design system is the part that makes everything else sustainable. Without it, every new page or feature gets designed in isolation and the platform starts feeling inconsistent six months later. Typography, colour, component library, spacing rules, all of it documented so your development team can build new sections without coming back to the designer every time. For mobile the shopping journey needs its own attention, not just a scaled-down version of the desktop. Touch targets, navigation depth, checkout flow on a small screen, those are different problems that need separate thinking.
