Hi there, This feels very unique as I have never come across a neighbour-based pet sitting and pet service swapping platform before, and I can definitely help modernize the entire experience while making the user journey much smoother and more intuitive. What I will do is first review the existing app flow screen by screen, identify friction points in onboarding, booking, swaps, chat, reviews, and wallet management, and then redesign the complete experience with a cleaner, modern, mobile-first approach while keeping the friendly community feel of Dangool intact. Then I will create a proper design system, high-fidelity Figma screens, reusable components, and an interactive prototype so your engineering team can move directly into development without ambiguity.
