Extending existing web browser built on top of Electron

I need someone to solve a quite easy task. Specifications and requirements are really clear. The basic idea is to further develop an existing web browser (well maintained and with the due documentation) to include some additional features such as adding a highlighting functionality and a question answering system that allows a user to ask a question to see if an answer can be found the currently open tabs.

It is only a matter of putting pieces together as all the required literature, requirements, and technology stack have been put together.

The expected amount of work for someone who has a solid experience using Electron, React and TS should be around 10-15 hours.
