Responsive Landing Page Build

I’m starting from a blank canvas and need a polished, fully responsive landing page coded with the following stack: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap 5 for layout and styling, plus vanilla JavaScript and jQuery to handle interactivity. I also plan to present a small data section, so DataTables and [login to view URL] will be part of the build. You will receive wireframes and copy; your job is to translate them into clean, production-ready code that looks great on desktop and mobile, loads fast, and works across modern browsers. Keep the markup semantic, organise the assets logically, and comment key sections so future edits are straightforward.
