We are recruiting a freelance transcriptionist for a large-scale, ongoing remote audio transcription project. If you are fluent in Romanian, we would like to hear from you. Native speakers are strongly preferred and may be prioritised during selection. All work is done remotely using an online platform. You can be located anywhere in the world. Flexible schedule — work at your own pace. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Listen to audio recordings in Romanian - Produce accurate written transcripts following provided guidelines - Review and self-correct your work before submission PAY RATE $201.60 USD per audio hour WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Fluent in Romanian (native speaker strongly preferred) - Strong written accuracy and attention to detail in Romanian - Able to work independently and meet submission deadlines - Comfortable using online tools and browser-based platforms - Available for a regular weekly workload - Any location — fully remote - Experience in transcription or linguistics is a plus but not required. Sunt din orasul Galati, Romania si lucrez ca freelancer de mai bine 14 ani pe diferite platforme online. Can you please share more details, instructions, guides? A sample file to see how hard it is to transcribe it? Multiple or single person talking? What transcription tool I will work with? LOFT or other tool? I have done similar tasks in the past transcribing audio and video files in Romanian or Moldovian language usually not large audio files (maximum 15 min). I have also translated transcribed texts into English. I can work from 8 am - 6 pm each day, Monday - Friday and Saturday 8:00 am - 2 pm each week.
