German-speaking Customs/Tax/Sales Agent

I have an established British working dog and cat food brand. I am looking for a German-speaking assistant to help me register for German VAT, arrange haulage/customs and act as a sales representative to help me to gain listings in German pet shops. If you speak other languages as well (such as Dutch, Polish, Russian, Italian etc) or have pets then that would be a bonus.
