English to Hindi translation

Hello! I am working for an education NGO in India, and I am in need of some help translating some text and interview questions into Hindi. It's about 1400 words in total script in English.
I am looking for someone who can do a colloquial translation. I have had this document translated before, but the language was very shudh Hindi (proper/ high class/ academic), and what I am looking for is something more every-day. I'd really like some help with someone taking a more contextual/ colloquial approach to these questions - imagine that you have to ask someone this in the most casual way possible. The main thing is that not all words need to be translated into proper Hindi. For example, there's no need to translate words like 'challenge' into Hindi, rather just write "challenge" as the English is more common place when speaking.
There is also no requirement for the translation to be done using Hindi script - I am fine with the translation being written using the Roman (English) alphabet.
I am posting a one pager that shows the type of interview questions, the type of Hindi translation we don't want, and the type that we do!
