Hello, I am a native German, living in Germany -- and I have also worked for several years for a US consulting firm as a business and healthcare consultant. One of my tasks was to take English documents that have already been translated to German and proofread / edit them in order to match the original tone / style / intent. I can say that I am very good at this, written language is my passion and expertise. I am willing to do a test of 1000 words for free, if you would like to evaluate my skills. If you would also deliver the original English version (not only the existing German translation) the result would be even better. I agree, 20.000 words per day is absolutely doable.
