Localizing quiz game about horses from French to English

We need an English native person to localize the attached file from French to English. This aims at creating a Quiz section on our horse game Horzer.
We are not in a hurry, but we care about quality. It's no use bidding if you are not a true English native speaker (from US, UK...).
A good knowledge of horses would be a big advantage, off course.
