Extract keywords from magazine listings

I need someone to extract keywords from magazine buyers guides. I will scan or mail magazines. I need strong fast accurate typing skills into a text document.
For example a guitar buyers guide will feature hundreds of models, makes and prices. I need to extract these into a flat format file.
I will pay $1 per every 100 keyords, I have over 50 buyers guides each has over 500 keywords.
