Dreamweaver and Flash School kids course

I'm looking for someone to produce me a course suitable for school age children aged between 14 and 17. The course has to cover Dreamweaver and Flash. Ideally I'd like the course to follow a theme. For example build a website that includes You Tube feeds, a google search bar, google map, setting up a bulliten board and embedding flash. I'd also like a seperate module that explains Flash and programming it. The modules should be 10 40 minute lessons. Each lesson should be graded. Basics, Advanced and Stretch. Delivered as web pages and PDF docs. Must include lots of screen shots etc. Needs to include questions to test understanding. Should include options to allow activities to be done as teams rather than just as individuals. Pupils work others to plan and use a learning group for sharing experiences, ideas and information within a secure online environment. Must cover security Compare different forms of security software to gain knowledge and understanding of their functions in protecting web and computers. Show the ability to integrate different media to create a digital solution which allows interaction and collaboration with others. Ask for research to ensure the pupil gains knowledge of computer systems or emerging technologies to understand their differing features and consider their suitability for the world of work. Ability to create graphics and animations using appropriate software which utilise skills and knowledge of the application. For example relating graphics to download time (e.g. streaming or downloading smaller images) Use flash to create animation which can then be used to create an animated sequence.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
