We have thousands of calls transcribed and we need assistance with developing a system to establish matching patterns.
We need to have the calls analyzed by type to determine search patterns to identify the type of call based on similarity to a base pattern.
In the end we need to have the system compare each transcribed call to a predefined model. Based on the % of match it will determine the most likely model.
