Karen Language Transcription and Translation of Audio Files

Job Description:
We are producing videos for an English audience and need someone to transcribe and translate some audio files.
We have two interviews, one is around an hour long and the other is around 45 minutes long. Both interviews are in Karen, though both have English we will also need to be transcribed.
First, we will need the interviews transcribed into their original language and then translated into a separate English translation document. We need the transcription and translation to have timestamps about every 20 seconds. The final output would be two Word documents - one transcription in Karen, and one transcription in English.
If you've done this before, please provide examples. If hired for the project we will want you to provide a selection of work in progress so we are sure you're on track. Familiarity with Christian theological terms would be extremely helpful, but not required, for this job.
