Student Confidence & Communication Program -- 2

I’m looking for an experienced soft-skills trainer to design and, ideally, help me deliver a student-focused program that blends communication skill development with core personality-building—especially confidence. What I need: • A clear, age-appropriate curriculum that teaches spoken and written communication fundamentals alongside confidence-boosting exercises. • Interactive session plans (ice-breakers, role-plays, mini-presentations) that keep students engaged. • Simple assessment tools so we can track each learner’s progress in confidence and clarity of expression. • Supporting material—slide decks, handouts, or short activity videos—that I can reuse for future batches. Audience: school and college students who are just beginning to explore public speaking and self-presentation. The tone should be encouraging, practical, and fun. Preferred approach: • Blend proven communication frameworks with confidence-building techniques such as positive self-talk, body-language practice, and peer feedback. • Keep jargon light; focus on actionable tips and real-life scenarios relevant to students’ studies, interviews, and day-to-day interactions.
