Hi Team, I Have been in Recruitment Industry for 7 years now. I can understand the needs of the employee and direct as needed. I have Major experience in recruiting and on boarding process through out the career and worked on various platforms.

I have extensive HR experience working in the UK and Ireland for over 10 years. My last role was Head of HR for an US owned travel management company in London. I fully developed an HR function in two of the companies I have worked for, challenging but very much rewarding. I am a motivated individual that simply loves working with people. Life made me relocate to Romania but travelling often to the UK for work.

I have 9 years experience as an L & D Consultant and Soft Skills Trainer, Human Resources Learning & Development and had a privilege to conduct end-to-end Soft and Life Skills training workshops for students as well as for corporates.
