I need a help in developing a course to educate managers of all levels to give and receive feedback.
This means to be an offline (classroom) course, with probability to conduct online.
The main idea is to spread a culture of continuous feedback, and the pillar in there is to educate managers (top managers, middle managers and line managers, also at a production shop floor).
Potentially, parts of the content might be used to share knowledge on feebdack to all employees.
I need a partner to develop:
- training concept
- training material
- training exercises
- hand-out materials
The task may be shared between you and me, or done exclusively by you, with necessary discussion with me.
Time frame - before end of September the materials should be ready.
This will not be a web-based self-managed training, no need to create interactive eLearning courses.
