Burger Cook for Dubai Startup

I’m getting ready to launch a new burger concept that will trade at busy festivals and pop-ups across Dubai, and I need an experienced cook who can own the grill from day one. If you have already worked in a burger restaurant, live in Dubai, and can step straight into service, you’re exactly who I’m looking for—Filipino male applicants are especially welcome. The role centres on grilling patties to consistent doneness, toasting buns, preparing our house sauces, and turning out crisp fries without missing a beat. Service can get hectic, so staying calm, organised, and laser-focused on ticket times is essential. I hold hygiene to the highest standard: your station should stay spotless, stock must be rotated correctly, and expiry dates checked before each shift. You’ll be relied on to keep quality and presentation identical every single order, manage prep efficiently, and show up on time ready to work with a positive attitude. If you bring precise burger-grilling skills, sharp time-management, and the ability to thrive under pressure, let’s connect and set up a trial shift. Please note that it would be 12 hours per day (including the prep hours before the event) and we are aiming to operate in festivals and events monthly.
