We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records and give reports to our account department. Applicants must be experienced, full time permanent Bookkeeping and Payroll Assistants. This role commences immediately. This role involves providing administrative support to our internal payroll team. This is also a flexible role that enables you to work from your preferred location. Responsibilities: Ability to understand and process A/R and A/P. Manage the accounts payable process by coding invoices, submitting them for proper approval, and processing payment. Handle record-keeping/filing. Match invoices and determine account coding. Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process. Work with outside accountants as needed. Assist with collection activities as required. Process payroll. Skills: Accuracy. Corporate Finance. Reporting Skills. Attention to Detail. Deadline-Oriented. Confidentiality. Time Management.
