Realistic renders (image) - floating structure & boats

Hi everyone;
I am looking for someone that will produce high quality realistic visualizations for a floating structure with boats around.
The structure should be docked in a Port (maybe a real one, somewhere sunny !)
There's two way we can do this depending on your skills:
1. I do a base image from Rhino (VRAY) and you edit it with Photoshop
2. I'll send the 3D model (.3dm) - I guess I can export it in other formats- and you'll make the images
