Need 3D Destruction for Music Video scene (Piece of ceiling falls to floor)

I am working on a music video where a cathedral starts falling apart. I need a chunk of the ceiling to fall down and fall onto one of the pews (which ultimately breaks.) I have a 3D model of the pew already. I just need the chuck of the ceiling modeled and then have it fall onto the pew where both pieces break into pieces. Here is a sample of the music video and scene I need the model destruction for (PLEASE DON'T SHARE): [login to view URL] From 1:38 - 1:42 a piece of the cathedral dome will break off (where you see the cracks) and start to fall out of the ceiling...then I need the model to fall to the floor crashing into the pews and breaking the pews it falls into as it breaks itself.
