Looking to hire for creating a computer simulation in Unreal or Unity with 1) normal (computer), 2) VR and 3) an APP output in a very short turnaround. (Overclocked suddenly with projects and need extra freelance help). The simulation is a creating a cloth simulation only - for a wavering flag in an empty white space and real sky. Materials, textures, 3d model (adjustments needed), sketches and animation to present desired outcome are provided. The cloth needs to be simulated with an infinite wind variability (randomly changing wind speed and directions with smooth transitions) and if possible with randomly changing weather conditions.
