design in SKETCHUP a project according to plans sent including some degree of rendering
Note : the plans include 5 builldings as attached BUT ONE ONLY IS NEEDED FOR THIS FIRST PART. The others will be attributed if result satisfactory
The building required here is the one near street called "guards" and "tower" (both), that is constituted by an aisle and a tower.
Note :
1/i will send all measurements (not yet with package) , but so that you already get an idea the full facade on street is 20.5m long
2/I will as well provide later the back facade of the guards building, not sent yet
3/ i send pics of existing buildings to show the style required and rendering
4/ the -limited- degree of rendering required is shown in attached pic showing example of a similar project already done in sketchup as well
5/ no inside distribution needeed at this stage
6/ I expect a certain number of corrections from initial plan but not mojor ones so this should be included in your pricing. Should there be major one or many corrections this will induce price revision
Please look at the other buildings although they are not to be designed yet : the aim is that the winner of this contest could after this first phase follow on with the other buildings
