Rambo Hi! I realize this bid is out of the price range given, and I am flexible to payment options, however, Let me explain my reasoning. I have a Game Art and Animation degree from Seneca College. I was well taught and I am well-practiced with all of the above steps you require. This character design is incredible, and I think it would benefit from some time and love to fully depict this character properly, from model to animation. I would love to be the one to bring this character to life, as there is a great amount of charm about him. However $35 is a little low for the amount of work desired. I would be open to being paid in intervals (and with your approval to continue every step of the way), and I do hope to work with you in the future.
