You are correct the initial mock up will only take a few hours the other time in my bid is for all of the detail drawings. I have over 25 years of experience working with these type of projects. Depending upon your local code you may be required to have a local engineer or Architect review the drawings and stamp them but I can definitely deliver you a quality set of drawings. Thanks Stephen
