Seeking a freelancer who is well versed in using ANSYS 17.0 Workbench and is capable of utilising and conducting simulations in the area of fracture mechanics using the fracture tool specifically.
2D and 3D FE simulation of delamination of pre-cracked Double Cantilever Beam (DCB)
using cohesive zone modelling and virtual crack closure technique.
- 2D and 3D DCB. Each beam should be modelled so that the material of the upper beam can be changed to a different material from the lower beam.
- Beam must include a pre-crack at one end (see attachment).

Post-Processing results required:
Force (reaction)/displacement graph of loading point. See below
Energy release rate, G/ y-displacement of load point, graph.
I have attached a link which takes you to a video that shows two 3D simulations that I require in the form of cohesive zone modelling and VCCT both using interface delamination.
Must be possible to replicate (or very similar) the results shown in the video up to 16min.
