I currently own a property that is being rented as an HMO. I'd like to convert this HMO into 4 one-bedroom flats. I've put together an existing floor plan which is attached, and I also have a separate floor plan with measurements on. The property is close to where I live so if further information is requested, this can be given quickly. I'd like someone to take a look at my ideas and alter the plan by putting together some drawings of how to best use the space. I'd also like the drawings to take into account the most cost effective way to convert. We'd like the property to be high-spec in design but also cost-effective to build. Knowledge of buildings regs, planning permission and sound-proofing would be useful although not essential as I have good knowledge of this already.
