Configurable animation of casino-like slot machine screen with 3 rotating slots (for use in video production)

The animation needs to contain the 3 rotating slots with pictures/pictograms.
The animation itself needs to be the classic slot-machine animation, where all slots/wheels start by rotating quickly, scrolling through all the random pictograms, and then gradually slowing down and ending up on showing a particular predefined pictogram (user-selectable for each animation run). All 3 slots need to converge on showing the same picture in the end.
The visual style, including the model, the textures, the rendering etc, of the slot machine needs to aim for realism. If it is hard to make real photorealistic rendering, at least the style of the graphics (the shaders, the textures, color reproduction) needs to aim for realistic look, not cartoon or some other style. Also the settings/shaders of the rendering engine need to be set accordingly for the style of realism.
The pictograms themselves need to be configurable. Someone with basic computer skills (an average power user) has to be able to manually reconfigure this animation.
