I need a schematic and PCB design for 2 PCB boards using Vicor DC-DC power chips used in industrial equipment with a 700V DC input voltage at 5000W, output 24V 2560W. Vicor BCM VIA package and DCM chips already choosen. Board 1- 700V DC in, 2x Vicor DCM Via package chips in parallel , 42V DC 3600W output Board 2- 42V DC 3600w input, Array of 8x Vicor DCM chips in parallel to output 24V 2560W Key Design Requirements: - Size constraints (limited width) - Thermal management - High current /voltage handling Ideal Skills and Experience: - Experience in designing PCBs for high-voltage applications - Strong understanding of thermal management techniques - Ability to design for high current/voltage handling - Familiarity with Vicor power modules and their application - designing PCB board for sealed enclosures in regards to thermal management Please provide relevant experience and examples in your bid.
