Buongiorno, sono uno sviluppatore italiano, nello stesso fuso orario, con partita IVA italiana: possiamo sentirci anche al telefono per allineare il test. Posso verificare il percorso come lo vivrà un partecipante, su desktop e mobile, controllando che filmati, avanzamenti e questionari non producano blocchi o risposte perse. Prima della consegna preparo un riscontro chiaro con i problemi trovati, i passaggi per riprodurli e la priorità di correzione. Il punto da non trascurare in un esperimento è la ripetibilità: un test deve verificare anche reset della sessione, salvataggio delle risposte e comportamento tornando indietro o riaprendo la pagina. Altrimenti dati di prova o percorsi incompleti possono finire nel campione reale. Nel caso disponibile anche a sistemarli direttamente. O magari sto divagando troppo nel tecnico.. XD Il sito gestisce già una modalità test separata dai dati dell’esperimento? I questionari richiedono obbligatoriamente la visione completa di ogni filmato?
