Manage Business Calls in the UAE - United Arab Emirates
Budget £20-250 GBP
I am looking for an individual to manage phone calls to a business telephone number in Dubai in a professional manner. Speaking English is a requirement but it would be best if you could speak Arabic also.
Duties would include;
- Answering calls during office hours 9am to 5pm
- Answering calls using our business name
- Collecting basic customer information from the incoming calls
- Answering around 10 FAQ's to clients
- Reporting calls by e-mail to me
* Ideal if you are based in the UAE.
** Job is on a monthly basis.
