CP Energy are currently recruiting for Telesales Advisors. We are a enthusiastic & vibrant company responsible for advising the public about energy grants fo rloft and cavity insulation & Solar PV.
CP Energy will pay the agent at the rate of £7.00 per hour. Thetotal hours will be paid via BACS on a weekly basis, a week in lieu. The employee is responsible for filling in a Invoice on a dailybasis, stating hours worked and number of leads generated andsubmitting it no later than Sunday evening.
Agents are required to use a land line telephone, PC with internet connection, Skype and Microsoft Excel. To enable smooth communication, Agents are required to log into Windows Messenger during their working hours
CP Energy requires the employee to work a minimum of 10 hours per week. The member of staff can work these hours at any time during the six day Monday to Saturday period, between the hours of 9 am – 8 pm Monday – Friday and 10 am – 4 pm on a Saturday.
CP Energy requires the telephone advisor to produce an average of 1 lead every hour worked. The Quality Control department will check the quality of the employee’s leads on a daily basis.
CP Energy will provide data for the employee on a daily basis.
Training & Support
Training is carried out via the telephone with the manager, despite an initial training period to enable you to adapt to the role, constant support is offered. The manager is available at all times via Skype, email and telephone should the employee have any questions.
