Ziel ist es, täglich möglichst viele qualifizierte Telefontermine für eine kostenlose und völlig unverbindliche Wärmepumpen-Beratung zu vereinbaren. Jede Beratung wird anschließend von einem unserer regionalen Fachberater persönlich vor Ort durchgeführt; deine Aufgabe endet, sobald der Interessent dem Termin zugestimmt und alle Kontaktdaten bestätigt hat. Hohe Terminanzahl hat für mich oberste Priorität – je mehr erfolgreiche Buchungen, desto besser. Für jeden bestätigten Termin zahle ich 50 €, die Gesamtsumme wird immer montags wöchentlich überwiesen. Ablauf 1. Du rufst vorgegebene Leads oder selbst recherchierte Haus- und Immobilienbesitzer an. 2. Am Telefon stellst du kurz die Vorteile, mögliche Kosten- und Energieeinsparungen sowie die grundsätzlichen Installationsschritte einer Wärmepumpe vor. 3. Bei echtem Interesse legst du gemeinsam mit dem Kunden ein konkretes Zeitfenster für den Vor-Ort-Besuch unseres Fachberaters fest und trägst alle Daten in das bereitgestellte CRM ein. Akzeptanzkriterien • Termin muss im CRM mit vollständigem Namen, Adresse, Telefonnummer und bestätigtem Zeitfenster erfasst sein. • Kunde bestätigt, dass er eine kostenlose, unverbindliche Beratung wünscht und erreichbar ist. • Keine Doppelbuchungen oder fiktive Kontakte. Nutze dabei gern eigene Leitfäden, Dialer-Tools oder Skripte – Hauptsache, die Termine stehen. Bei Fragen melde dich jederzeit, damit wir gemeinsam die Schlagzahl weiter erhöhen können.
