- Make outbound calls to book appointments for Business to Business Leads - Full Time Only - 40 Hours Per Week - Speak English well, minimal accent, self motivated, sound happy and upbeat, talkative, lively, attentive and able to understand American slang and culture. Telemarketer will be assigned to a client to call on their behalf to reach businesses and make follow up calls until the decision maker has been reached to present the opportunity to book an appointment for the client. Must have a computer, keyboard, mouse, headset, and high-speed internet connection. Telemarketer will be given: 1. Company Virtual Phone System (make calls and collect data) 2. Company Chat System (communicate with managers, team leaders, coaches and I.T) Virtual support is available at all times to make sure both company and telemarketer are on the same page always. Also, if you have any questions, or need specific training you can utilize our team to attain all the resources needed to be successful. Client accounts with telemarketers assigned are 1 to 12 month guarantees with the average being 3-6 months cycles.

I'm a real estate cold caller and well oriented with different dialers like Mojo, Calltools, Nuacom and Xencall. I got more experience in using Podio as a CRM but I'm familiar too with salesforce and Sierra interactive. In my previous job I was lucky to get a chance to work closely with the lead intake manager to qualify all the leads that came in our CRM .I'm asking homeowners a series of questions about their property/s and getting as much information needed. I make sure to Build good rapport with the prospect then Set up Appointments for the ground Personnel, Agents, or Investors to physically view the properties.I'm also in charge of following up and Nurture leads till it was converted to deal. I spend most of my time talking to people over the phone and figure out creative ways to apply the tactical empathy on the seller in a conversational manner. I have a team of experienced agents and we are currently doing outbound calls for a health insurance company in the US where my agents give insurance options to customers. Each agent is generating an average of 10 leads per day. This is a transfer-type campaign and we transfer those qualified customers to the Licensed Agents in the US. We also have experience in outbound sales calls for AT&T, solar, online local search, real estate, HVAC. Other experiences we have are technical and customer support, research, data entry, appointment setting, handling ticketing systems, lead generation, real estate appointment setting. All my agents are based in my office, thus the reliability. We have 2 internet providers and I have an IT team on a 24x7 schedule to provide tech assistance to all my agents. We are up-to-date with the current technologies, like desktop sharing (teamviewer, citrix, gotomeeting), CRM/project management tools (Salesforce, Zoho, Asana, etc.), cloud services and VoIP (we have used ringcentral, vicidial and other dialers). We have experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, google drive) and we're knowledgeable with online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar).
