I'm looking for a professional appointment setter with excellent communication skills for my medical spa business. Your job will primarily involve calling clients who missed their appointments or didn't answer their calls, with the aim of scheduling a new one. The position would require: - Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an appointment setting role. - An excellent phone manner. The preferred method of communication with our clients is calls, so you must be comfortable making numerous calls during a shift. - The ability to competently speak about previous appointment details, which will be provided to you, as these are essential to reinstating client appointments. The ideal candidate is someone who is patient, persuasive, and has an innate ability to empathically communicate. If you have previously worked in the health and wellness industry, particularly in a medical spa setting, this will be highly advantageous.
