Looking for Quality Call centers for Inbound work from a very very reputed bank 120 seats ,Only centers That have worked with banking customer support for last 6 months and are willing to appoint a Call center co ordinator IN USA for the client or provide a 24X7 Virtual one would be invited to bid.

Please people with Industry certifications, having worked in Banking support and Banking Customer service .committed to customer support.

I am also seekign centers who have worked on Inbound and have existing 120 setas or capacity for 120 seats.

Only Senior level people who can take a decesion and can provide profile and close within a week.

Industry certifications are welcome but not madatory.
